Both A and E looks correct to me but why is E the correct answer?

(a) states that advertisements should not be allowed to show PEOPLE DOING THINGS that endanger their health. this principle would allow commercials that advertise cigarettes, as long as there are no people doing it.

hence, (e) is the superior answer.
