You've got over 2 months to prepare. I think your goal is definitely reachable. If you're getting in the 20's untimed, you probably have a decent grasp of core LR concepts. I would recommend identifying the question types that trouble you the most, review your technique for them, and drill them a few times (timed preferably) using Kaplan Mastery or something equivalent.
Besides that, I wouldn't worry too much. Your speed will likely increase naturally with practice. Soon you'll develop your own pace and instinctively know if you're progressing quick enough through each section.

I like you, but youre getting annoying. Relax! Youre doing well so far. Just keep going with your prep and you'll be fine. Dont try to assess youself so much after each and every single practice test. You'll be fine.
Good luck!

Most students who have trouble when pacing hits, but do okay untimed on arguments are just really slow with process of elimination. What usually helps is throughly reviewing process of elimination after you take a test. Review why each answer was wrong, and what was the clearest, fastest way to know it's wrong.
Usually it also helps to kind of note the most common reasons to eliminate for the various question types. To give an example, on inference questions the two most common reasons to eliminate are "wrong direction", that is the argument actually goes against this statement, and "right direction, but too strong", that is the argument supports a weaker version of this statement, but not this actual statement. If you quickly start looking for that, your POE goes A LOT faster on inference questions.
