Suggestions for practising LGs after reading LGB

Post by omeezy4sheezy » Thu Jul 22, 2010 8:32 pm

I looked around quite a bit on the site, but I couldn't find a general consensus on a single book.
I noticed that the LGB didn't have too many LG drills to practice the different chapters lessons.

I already have Hyperlearning LSAT Games Workbook from the Princeton Review...but should I look into purchasing the LGB workbook or is there anything better to apply and practice what I learn from the LGB?

Thanks in advance.

In my opinion, doing practice drills will not help that much. If you know how to diagram the rules and makes a couple inferences off those rules, then there really is not much more you need to learn. You will just have to begin with older preptest and work through the games to see what you have trouble with.

Take it from someone who accidentially bought the LBG workbook before buying the LGB (I have trouble admitting this). You're better off taking practice tests.

If you can get your hands on preptests, I would group some of the earlier ones according to the PowerScore classification (or you can use this list to save yourself some time) and just drill each game a few times. That should give you enough practice.
