Many think that TestMasters & PowerScore are the top two LSAT prep courses for those willing to work very hard in pursuit of a 168+ score. TestMasters sends some of their instructors around the country to teach in different cities. Those located near the Santa Monica, California home base get a great deal (access to more resources) based on reviews that I have read.

If you learn better from a textbook, get the Powerscore Bibles.

If you learn better from in-class instruction, take Testmasters.

It would be interesting to know how many "live class" locations are available for TestMasters & PowerScore courses (I realize that online courses are also available). Students living in major cities or near university locations are fortunate to have a choice of test prep companies.

TestMasters is good--I took it in Tallahassee. However, I do think they are kind of weak on the games side. I learned a lot more from my Powerscore Bible than I did from TestMasters on the topic of Logic Games.

+1

Powerscore is better at classifying the game types and some of their strategies are superior.

So testmasters plus powerscore LG bibles would be a good combo?

Go over the LGB bible before class. That should be enough because there is extensive homework on RC and LR is pretty much the main focus of the class.
