Okay, I don't want to post too much info about the question so as to not get in trouble. This is question #7 in section 4 of the February 1996 test. I totally understand why all of the wrong answers are wrong, but my book has to have a typo in it for the correct answer, D. It doesn't even say the the people listened to "Study II" in that answer choice at all, so how the **** could 70 people prefer it? At this point I am assuming either my book has a typo in it for this question or that the reasoning is that "Study II" is actually enjoyable to some people so it's not just that people preferred "Study I" simply because "Study II" sucked (which eliminates an argument that could weaken the prompt's main argument and thus strengthens it).
Hopefully that made sense. Again, hopefully this doesn't violate any rules, but in answer choice D my book has "Study IT" in the morning, "Study I" and "Study IF" in the afternoon, and does not mention anything about "Study II" except that 70 people preferred it. What the hell lol? Any thoughts?
