Atlas v. Powerscore RC

Post by lmperri » Mon Jul 12, 2010 9:04 am

in a nutshell, can someone tell me the main differences between how Atlas tells you to attack the RC section and how the bibles do? I am only familiar with Kaplan and I am not pleased so I am deciding to go on a different route

I can respond about Atlas. Atlas emphasizes engaging in the reading. They tell you to read looking for the two sides of the argument in the passage, including where the author stands. They emphasize reading through each paragraph and pausing afterward to annotate the passage and reassess the message. Then they also go through typical characteristics of wrong and right answer choices, and group the questions into three types that require tasks that build upon each other.
