LSAT Takers 2009 v 2010

Post by juleesong » Mon Jul 12, 2010 1:50 am

I think June2009-Feb2010 was the year of the greatest number of LSAT takers. Any thoughts on if the number will be even greater in the June2010-Feb2010 bunch?

Also, will LS applications be >,<,=?

Although I have no data to back this up and nothing to base it on but pure speculation, I think this year will have more testtakers and more applicants then ever before.

I would plan for the worst. Many seemed to think that OCI would recover a little this year, too- and look what happened there. We're still in poor economic times, and lots of people are still opting for law school. I wouldn't be surprised at all if applications are up again this year and admissions are more competitive.

But in the end, just put together the best application you can and hope for the best.

I predict that the number of test-takers and law school applicants will be >, <, or =.

HTH...my crystal ball is on the fritz right now.

The following link may help you make some predictions.

They'll probably include that info in the above link in the next week or so.

Check out the School OCI thread. It's not pretty.
