Just as the title says, how did you set this one up... It through me for a loop having the extra variable speciality....

The specialties limit things to such an extent that there are only three acceptable solutions:

wow thanks a bunch for posting that. After looking at it I reread the question and gave my self a lot more time to make inferences. This time I was able to get it.
