Hey guys,
Just wanted to see if anyone has used the Reading Comp Bible before and what they thought of it.
I see a lot of people suggest the LR and LG Bibles but I don't see much about the RC Bible. I was -1 on the LG of June '10 (only one I got wrong I pretty much did a quick glance and bubble at the second to last question before time ran out), but my LG and RC sections brought me down a lot. I did just get the score I was hoping for, but seeing these results makes me believe that I can aim higher.
Also, is there anyone who offers more specialized LSAT prep, as in they concentrate on a section or would I have to get a tutor? I'm a very analytical person in nature so I don't want to have to go to (and pay for) a class and have a large portion of it be on a section that I already have down.

Re: PowerScore Reading Comprehension Bible
I bought the RC bible, it does help with techniques for diagramming the passages but I found just doing more RC passages to be the most helpful. Do them under time constraints (I did and timed myself for 8 minutes for each one). If I would do it over, I would shoot for 6-7minutes per passage - It would have simulated test day better. I guess my advice is the Bible is a good resource overall for learning techniques but to really see improvement you have to just do a ton of passages.

Re: PowerScore Reading Comprehension Bible
Never heard of a company offering a class just on RC. It's the section for which there's the least demand.
RC Bible is big on the basics and categorization. Might help, might not.
People seem to have had good results with Voyager's guide: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... f=6&t=7240
Also, I believe I saw something on here about someone doing several RC sections in a row and how it helped him/her to see patterns in the section. Can't find the thread at the moment. Maybe someone else can. Either way, it's probably worth trying.

Here you go: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... =6&t=71295
(just insert http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/ before the specific topic to make it a link).
Thanks for looking for it. I was actually referring to a thread that was leading up to the June test, but that's a good one, too.
