I know that studying for the LSAT is mostly an independent process. But are there any ways that studying with somebody else could be useful? If so, how would you approach it? Or is it just a waste of time?
Thanks.

Re: Having a study partner
Taking PTs with other people is good imo because it helps simulate test day conditions, esp. distractions/annoyances.
As for actually studying with other people (not tutoring), I don't think it helps because it makes you lose focus on your work and forces you to work at someone else's pace.

Re: Having a study partner
For me, its best that I come to my own conclusions and methods myself through trial and error as opposed to someone spoon-feeding it to me or being told what works. Plus, I attempted working with a partner and all I heard was how her lame-0 boyfriend wouldn't do this or that or buy her this or that. It ended, quickly.
