I am looking for an experienced web designer to make me a website. It will be pretty simple, just text based, but I want it to look fantastic. Beautiful. Like the simple elegance of a ballet dancer among a field of dandelions.
I can teach the test in person or via video/phone. In person must be in NYC area. Willing to teach up to 10 hours for a website. I have heaps of experience teaching, and a JD from NYU Law.

10 hours? I'm guessing a "fantastic" looking website will take longer than that to design. Add in the obvious feedback-rework-tweaking process, and I'm sure it will go well past 20, maybe more. You might want to rethink your offer.
