Blueberries are great. Fish Oil as well.

However, the most underrated key to optimal brain function is strenuous exercise. Get down to the track and run some laps, hard, or do some similarly difficult aerobic activity. Your body will work on overdrive to get the blood flowing throughout your body, and this really wakes the brain up for most of the day. Also great for relieving stress. I ran the morning of the test this June and felt very little/no anxiety (well, except for with LG#4) and thought my brain was functioning much better than last time I tested.
