how many times can you take the LSAT?

Post by Barbie » Tue Jun 08, 2010 2:44 pm

I have taken it twice, and after the June test, I plan on re-taking. How many times can you take it in a year? Will I be permitted to take it on October?

3 within a two year period. 4 with a special dispensation from a school.

I am on the same boat.

But I really cannot afford the time and energy to take it again.

Maybe law school is not for me.

Well lets hope yesterday didn't go as badly as we think! My score isn't awful for the school of my choice, it's just frustrating because my avg practice test score is +10 points of what I got before and fear I got again. :(

I'm in the same boat. It sucks. This was my retake. Although I think I did MUCH worse than I could have done (based on my prep tests) I'm still not going to cancel. I'll let fate take it from here. If I don't score well enough to get into school, that'll be it.

hear, hear. I can't see how it wouldn't drive anyone insane to have to study for this test for the THIRD time. Though to be honest, if I end up getting some freak score that is a lot lower than I expected...I guess I am gonna go insane...
