work and had to cancel my registration 3 weeks before the exam.

If you postponed it by the test date change deadline, then it won't show up on your record.
The cancellation people are talking about here is that they went to the test center, took the test, and canceled (or are thinking of canceling).
People here are not talking about a test date change (postponement).
