I had some at my test, no problems. I think that counts as "personal items"-- I mean, I'm pretty sure they *meant* feminine hygiene products, but my chapstick was waaaaay more necessary!

My proctors allowed it because they said it fell under the medical and hygiene products category, but others might think differently. If you want it, just bring some and double check that it's okay before you bring it into the testing room. Good luck!

Edit: MusicNutMeggie beat me to it.

Napoleon Dynamite: Well, will you do me a favor then? Can you bring me my chapstick?
Kip: No, Napoleon.
Napoleon Dynamite: But my lips hurt real bad!
Kip: Just borrow some from the school nurse. I know she has like five sticks in her drawer.
Napoleon Dynamite: I'm not gonna use hers, you sicko!
Kip: See ya

I'm a toothpick guy myself. Chapstick is essential, but I've noticed I always have a toothpick in my mouth while taking PTs recently.

From what I understand, they are considered a hygiene product. Or I suppose you could say that it's medicated for your chronically dry lips?

I brought chapstick AND lotion. Lord knows I can't live without either. My stranded on a desert island must-haves.
