Do PowerScore bibles ruin Preptests 39-59?
I read that the PowerScore bibles draw from former tests. I'm about to purchase both the PS bibles AND preptests 39-59 off amazon, but I will not buy the preptests if the PS bibles ruin them/have them all inside and I'll be making a double purchase. Is there a way to tell in the book which preptests they are drawing each question from?

I don't think it "ruins" the PT's. The PT's may not be as accurate for gauging a possible score, but they are still good practice and if you are doing something for the 2nd time. For questions you have already done, it seems best to aim for 100% accuracy as you should know the answers from reviewing them earlier.

So then the purpose of buying the PTs (after doing the PS Bibles) is just to get a "test feel"?
Do the PS Bibles use all the problems from the PTs?

i guarantee you wont remember every single logic game even if you did it before. I've done numerous games over and over and I still dont remember the answers nor the setup each time...i think the LR section is where it hurts you, because you remember the questions stimulus.

It can but you just need to be honest with yourself.
If you think you would have only got an answer to a question right because of something you read in the PowerScore bibles, I'd recommend taking it out of your score and multiplying the new ratio by 101.

The PS LGB contains (from 39-59):
PT40, G1
PT43, G2
PT44, G1 & G3
PT45, G3 & G4
PT46, G4
PT51, G1 & G3
In short, it's missing the vast majority of LGs from 39-59.
The other PS bibles also lack most of the LR and RC from 39-59.
You're not doing much overlap by getting the bibles and PTs 39-59. They lack the vast majority of material from 39-59. If you want the bibles, you'll still need to order all the PTs from 39-59 as well.

I think I got an old LG Bible then. I bought mine used. I don't think it mentions anything past 42 or so. Could this be a good thing or is there stuff I'm missing out on?

That means you have the 2003 edition. Not a big deal.
In fact, it may be a good thing, since you wouldn't want to taint recent PrepTests that you plan to take later as full-length timed practice tests.
The later edition has some additional drills, which may or may not be helpful for you, depending upon where you currently stand.
