MBT "should."

Does anybody else feel apprehensive about answer choices in LR must be true questions (not principle-MBT) that use "should?" I feel that that answer choice is usually somewhat subjective. Also, how do you feel about flaw questions that state that the author intentionally did something? I feel that that too is subjective.
