PT #15 RC Q.24

Post by Dr. Strangelove » Mon May 31, 2010 4:12 pm

Why is C a better answer than A?
I understand why C is correct but what I don't understand is why A is wrong.

From the second paragraph in the passage onward the author is arguing against the "continuous change" hypothesis. Refutation is a better fit for the overall feel of the passage. A is wrong becuase the authour does not argue that the "continous change" hypothesis is incomplete.
