You don't mention your GPA, so I don't know how much this will help, but it's not as though you HAVE to score a 170 to get into a top 20 school. Even a 165 would likely get you into a bunch of really great law schools, depending on your other stats.
Saying this might make me really unpopular on here, but I'll do it anyway. I have a friend who will be taking the June LSAT with modified testing conditions and extended time because she has a learning disability. Is it at all possible that what you're describing goes beyond test anxiety and into a stress-induced processing disorder? It might be worth it to schedule an appointment with a clinical psychologist to rule out any possible disability issue.
