Kaplan Free Practice Test: PT 59?

the kaplan in my city is doing a free preptest on Saturday. So I called them to see what PT they would be administering and the guy said December 2009. Does this seem right to anyone? I have only ever heard that they are either made by kaplan or PT 36.

My only experience is with TestMasters, and they only administer actual tests.
