Deadline to change test date-May 16th Midnight (ET)?? Forum

Does this mean Midnight in the morning of May 16th? Or the midnight right before Monday? Because technically, Midnight is half of one day and half of another.
Do I have to do it by 11:59pm tonight (saturday) or 11:59pm tomorrow (sunday)? Is it midnight saturday/sunday or midnight sunday/monday? Why do they leave this so ambiguous?

traditionally it would be midnight tomorrow. meaning not 40 minutes from now.

edit: I do not know for certain. You should have called - if you can't verify just send it tonight. Will you really change your mind within a 24 hour period?
