PT 53 LR
So i recently finished PT 53 and got destroyed on the LR. I usually average anywhere from -0 to -3 per section usually for a combined LR total of -4. However, on this test, I got -10. Not only that, but i don't even understand why half of them are wrong. I am struggling a little bit with the more recent LR but this is concerning. Did anyone else find LR on PT 53 to be particularly difficult??

i did about average although i thought i was making progress. -7 and -8 (for second lr i had to guess on three and only got one them right) respectively.
anyone else care to rank LR and possibly the other sections for PT 53?

LR1 #6 on this PT is absurdly terrible.

Just bombed it. LR and RC seemed much worse than usual...

Yeah, I did awfully on the first LR: -6 which is, to date, my worst LR section. I got 3 in a row wrong at one point. But I missed none in Section 3 so at the time I wrote it off as a case of temporary insanity. And yeah hopscotch, I'm still pretty dubious about that Moral Vacuum/Cruel Herd question.

I just did this PT yesterday and feel like I have a pretty good handle on it (-1 on the first section, -2 on the second). If you have any specific questions about the section, I'd be happy to help you review.

What did you guys find difficult about this question? I didn't find it markedly more dubious than other strengthen questions, if you'd like I could try and answer any of your questions.hopscotch wrote:LR1 #6 on this PT is absurdly terrible.
Basically B and C were irrelevant (though I can see how someone might find them attractive) and D and E weaken the argument.

Same... LR wasn't particularly bad on this one. What did you guys find difficult about this question? I didn't find it markedly more dubious than other strengthen questions, if you'd like I could try and answer any of your questions.
Though I got destroyed on LG. *sigh* looks like I am pretty out of practice.
