The last condition states "the site visited third dates from a more recent century than does either the site visited first or that visited fourth."
The Bible's explanation sounds like the site has to date BOTH before the first and the fourth...

i found this in an old post. can anyone explain it to me?
note the difference:
1) X dates from a more recent century than either Y or Z ==> one or the other, possibly both
2) X dates from a more recent century than does either Y or Z ==> both
