Kelly will barbeque fish tonight if it does not rain and the market has fresh trout.

I know this is really simple but for some reason I think the wording is making it so I'm mixing up the necessary and sufficient conditions.
Don't know how the books/systems recommend, but logicians would represent it as:
~: It is not the case that
&: and
-->If, then
R: It rains
M: The market has fresh trout
K: Kelly will barbecue
So...
(M&~R)-->K
