Can anyone explain the often in stimulus? I cannot draw a perfect diagram to match A and the stimulus.

Often = Sometimes

The argument is one that relies on the use of a contrapositive. You could rephrase it to say

If something is good, then it never causes harm. Wealth sometimes causes harm. So wealth is not a good thing.

(A) and (D) are the answer choices people are generally attracted to. They both sound similar, but answer choice (D) is not a valid argument, whereas, the stimulus is. So answer choice (A) is correct.

I agree that using formal notation on this one is fairly difficult. Maybe try and deal with this one without it.
