June 2007 LSAT Section 2, #16

How is this answer D? I feel like if they had reversed the order of the people in the question prompt, it would be right. The way it is written though doesn't seem to make sense to me.

The question is not asking which statement Sandra would disagree with. It's asking which statement Sandra and Taylor would disagree over. That means that the correct answer would be a statement that one agrees with and another disagrees with, regardless of which side each is on. D is correct because Sandra would agree versus Taylor would disagree.
