Past LSAT Explanation(book,online resource)?
I am looking for a book and/or online resource that provides explanations of past LSATs (question by question explanations indicating why the answers are right and why they are wrong). Any suggestions? I have the PowerScore bibles, Nova's Master the LSAT and all the practice tests. It isn't worth it for me to sign up for some kind of online test prep service just to have access to the 'explanations'. Looks like http://allstartestprep.com/product-access.html cost's only $40. Is this any good? What about Testmaster's 55 LSAT Solutions (https://student.testmasters.com/portal/ ... Books.aspx) ? Are there any online resources where I can sign up for a fee and have access to all the explanations. I don't want to have to pay the fee for the entire online course.
If any of you guys have the explanations( at least for the last 15-30 tests) and would like to sell it to me. Please PM me with a price.

Re: Past LSAT Explainations (good books)?
I don't know of any books that has every answer explained... That book would be around 3000 pages....
But.. If you do sign up for an online course, kaplan/pr/blueprint/knewton/atlas/cambridge etc, all of them have explanations for every lsat question... that's probably your best bet.

Agreed. I think powerscore offers that service as part of their packages too.typ3 wrote:I don't know of any books that has every answer explained... That book would be around 3000 pages....

HiLine and typ3-- Thanks for the replies. I was hoping I could find some online resource where I wouldn't have to pay the fee for the entire online course. I just want to have access to the explanations.

Well, for questions you find particularly difficult, create a topic on this forum with just the test, section, and question number, and usually you'll get a few responses from people that know what they are doing.

LSAT All Star reads this board even if he didn't publicly respond to patrickstar's latest complaint thread, and I don't think he'd appreciate someone reselling his PDF.

LSAT AllStar just sounds like a complete douche. Just read his bio on his website....

This has a few explanations, but is largely incomplete: http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Past_LSAT_Explained

He barely replied back to most of my email requests to have the book shipped.
In the end he told me that he personally dropped off the book at my university's post office; but with no tracking number what so ever, the post office didn't have the book nor any records confirming there was a shipment left for me.
I emailed him a couple more times to have the book shipped but he never replied back.

We have a public LSAT explanations forumjune2010_lsatprep wrote:HiLine and typ3-- Thanks for the replies. I was hoping I could find some online resource where I wouldn't have to pay the fee for the entire online course. I just want to have access to the explanations.
Steve Schwartz (LSAT blog) sells a big bunch of explanations that another teacher wrote.
