Sounds like you're going to have to build up your stamina. Set reasonable goals: 10 questions one time, 15 the next time...
Also, having a way of dealing with various problem types (i.e. strategies) can make them easier to digest.
And yes, many people find the LSAT mentally-fatiguing, though if you're finding 10 questions to be tough, you've got some work ahead of you. Doable work, but lots of it!
