Kaplan test explanations in pdf files?
http://www.kaptest.com/pdf_files/webcaf ... s/788e.pdf
This is for PT 40. Do you know if any such files are available for other PTs? I couldn't find them on kaptest.com. Are they even supposed to be under free access?

I dont think they are supposed to be free. These files are most likely offered for those who are taking their prep classes.

They are meant to be free. The PDFs are available for the free pt's they offer on weekends at campuses etc. There is one for pt 34 as well.

If we could find out if they are supposed to be free or not, I have a pretty good answer for this question.
