I finally got an e-mail from LSAC telling me that the makeup will either be the 20th or 27th... but I can't make it to either of those dates. They did not say anything about a refund, so do you think if I call them they will give me a refund?

yes they do offer full refunds. I had a form attached to my email about that I believe.
