Am I the only one excited about the test on Sat?

I've actually had fun studying for it...and I can't wait to stop thinking about it for a while.

This is how I felt in September until scores were released and my hopes and dreams were crushed.

I feel sort of calm and resigned about this weekend. I know what is coming, I know I can answer every question right, I just need to stay calm and focus. Feeling confident is the best way to murder the test, so you've got the right idea. Good luck!!

Pting 175-179 every. single, time. Feeling golden when I walked out of the test. As if I had done as well as I ever had. Fast forward three weeks to opening an email that says "168." I won't even bother lying on a anonymous internet forum, I cried so hard I threw up.

This isn't to discourage you. It is just what happened to me.

I thought I had a 164-165. I started drinking wine fairly early in the night, figuring I'd get my score, go out and have a good time. Didn't get my score until 11:30 pm when I had finished 90% of the bottle. Saw the 162 and burst into tears and was pretty much a drunk, crying mess.

If I get a 168 I won't be throwing up. :D

If you score 8-11 points lower than your PT, then you might. Moral of the story, feel confident going in, do your best, but have a barf bag ready when the score comes. :D

I'm ready to get it over with. I will be fine never having to take a practice test again. Don't get me wrong, I have enjoyed studying, but I am ready for the real thing.

My practice tests have been 169-176. They are PTs in the 20s and 30s. I am aiming for 170, but expecting about a 167. If I receive lower than 165, I will be disappointed in myself. I really want to get into Emory, but if I see that I don't do as well on the real thing, I will be happy to settle with UGA. If I fall too low to get into UGA, I am just retaking the test next year and applying again next cycle.
