Same sections back to back? (not including break)?
I've been wondering if any of the few possible LSATs that a person could receive on the day of the test are structured with the same type of section back to back, excluding those instances that are separated by the break. For example, are these kinds of structures possible?
* = experimental
LR - LR* - RC /// LR - AR
LR - RC* - RC /// LR - AR
AR* - AR - LR /// RC - LR
Also, is it possible to have a test with two LR's after the break?
AR - LR* - RC /// LR - LR
I'm guessing that any test with three different sections before the break like the example above would not have an experimental LR. Any ideas?

edited for idiocy
AR is LG lol
yea im pretty sure they can arrange it absolutely any way they like though its pretty unlikely they would give you LR, LR, LR, RC// LG and writing
there are four before and 1 after the break right?

My September test was RC-LR-LR /// LR-LG
They do whatever they feel like. Be ready for it.

Never had back to back LRs? Come on, that's like almost every test.predetermined wrote:I'd wager that they will never have back-to-back sections of the same type. It wouldn't be fair if some test takers didn't have to switch mental gears when starting the next section.

You'd lose. I had back-to-back LR's on the real thing. Actually, I think it was the same format as blurbz.predetermined wrote:I'd wager that they will never have back-to-back sections of the same type. Sep 2009 I had RC LR LR LR LG I am convinced that in my poor state of preparation that negatively influenced my score, 3 LRs in a row is kind of a mind fuck. Then my worst section was last.

yes, because the exp comes before the break.s0ph1e2007 wrote:joekim1 wrote:3 before including exp, 2 after that are both real.

ideally, you want to have the exp first as a sort of warm up or third because that's when you'll be tired. having it second just wastes your energy. my opinion, anyways.

I'm actually hoping that happens this weekend. I have the hardest time keeping focus through a RC section so I'd like to get through that first. Once I get in a LR groove I'm good for a while. And LG, to me, I either get the setup or I dont and if I do it's a cruise.

I'm not sure that's completely true. I haven't experienced the contrary but I feel like I have def heard about it.
