Question about LSAC super prep test B's LG section

How would you categorize these games? The first one seems to be relative ordering and the second seems to be open binary grouping, but i'm not sure about the last two, especially the fourth one. Thanks!

Grouping: Partially Defined
Circular Linearity
Grouping: defined, fixed, overloaded.
