The topic that really matters - which PLAY did you choose!?

Post by lawoftheland » Thu Dec 31, 2009 2:01 am

This is a joke-thread, but could be entertaining.

With that said, the existing play in the writing sample was the obvious choice. If you chose the other, you'll probably be rejected by everyone.

I was going to pick the original play, but misread something in the writing sample stimulus and started arguing for the other play on accident. I didn't realize it until three quarters down the page...and I was effed from there.

Long story short....somehow, I salvaged a compelling argument for the losing side.

I have no idea what I did, or what I misread...and I don't care enough to go on LSAC to look at the PDF. I'm just glad the LSAT is over, that I'm happy with my score, and that I can move on with life.

:D

Although I realize how little the writing sample section counts, I've worked with many theatre companies as a writer, actor and administrator, so I was pleased to see the topic choice.

I choose the new play. Anyone who did not is a fool-sucka and probably also the kind of person who would go and see a Queen-themed musical instead of a real show.

Hahaha. I did choose the old play but I don't think it reflects on me as a person. I just don't know shit about theatre and chose randomly.

The play writing sample just sucked. I hope I wrote coherently enough. I just had major writer's block and felt like I was repeating myself.

I would have written all over again about the site 2 if I had the chance from September.
