Oh, yeah. Seattle Dogs are... Well they're just great. And they shouldn't be. Everything I know tells me I shouldn't like them. But you take a nice plump all beef dog, grill it up just right, spread some cream cheese on the bun and add mustard, red onions and a little salt and pepper on top and you have yourself something magic.

Some people add BBQ sauce or Sriracha. I think it works either way. The mildness of the cream cheese contrasts perfectly with the sharp onion, by adding some hot sauce definitely adds a nice kick.

I've been in Tex-Mex withdrawal for a few years now & it's making me very sad. Raider, the next time you visit boston, can you smuggle a burrito & a couple of tamales in for me? Thnx. Also, some Mrs. Baird's bread, aka the greatest bread on the planet, would be much appreciated.

Cream cheese on a hot dog? what in the world? Is this a regional thing or a successful Cambrian kitchen experiment?

In TX, we eat a lot of chili dogs, so freakin delicious
Chili dogs are probably my fave overall, but Cream Cheese is close and its a great one to bring out when talking to people not in the PNW.

Well I would say that crust is too thin, but yeah I guess you're right. A pizza should droop. Can we have a pizza RC now on Saturday?

I want one!

ETA- I'm actually in Seattle right now, so I'm gonna try to get one before I leave town :)
If you're downtown there's a stand on pike and 2nd called Samurai Dog. Its a little pricey, but realm good.

well, I took my final PT (73) and got a 170. don't know if anyone else does this but I define a "ceiling" for every test by subtracting the wrong answers that I don't understand whatsoever and adding the ones I got wrong, but should/would have gotten right by just slowing down a little. it gives me an additional measure of hope. my "ceiling" was a 174 so I feel pretty confident for Saturday & I hope you all do too!

mcleemz's "ceiling" argument is most vulnerable to criticism on the grounds that it:

A) presupposes that mcleemz can slow down and read the entirety of the missed questions
B) infers that a result is likely to happen from the fact that it could happen
C) confuses a condition sufficient for scoring a 174 with a necessary condition for scoring a 174
D) assumes, without merit, that the actual LSAT will contain a similar number of "answerable" questions
E) is not grounded in reality

I got to see it when it was giant and filled my whole screen. I was quite intimidating since I have a large monitor... and was at work. I had to make sure no one was wondering why I was looking at some random guy's giant face.
