It's okay, seriously guys congratulations to everyone who got what they wanted! If anyone remembers me from Feb about 3 weeks before (right before last day to back out), I was going to push back to June, but my mom talked me into take Feb anyways and taking June if I need to. So it's whatever. I warmed up too much and I studied way too much the day before, probably why I blanked out on the last RC section. I'm a lot wiser and I know what I need to do this time. I'm really kind of happy about the experience as a whole. I'm looking on the bright side of this. It's been fun guys. Please remember me as the guy who lost his sanity in the waiter's thread, which is how I'll remember all of you.

157 in September, 165 Feb. Had PTed a few times in the 170s and was really hoping for that. I had some sort of mental slip and fell behind time in LR1 that I hoped wouldn't but feared would cost me. Nonetheless, I am proud of the improvement.

I wanted to quickly thank everyone in this thread. I did not post too often, but just from perusing around you all kept me sane through countless hours of studying and motivated when I wanted to take it easy. And, honestly, if not for my seeing how hard everyone else was working I highly doubt I would have increased to this point (even if it is below what I was hoping for).

Anyway congrats to everyone who has achieved the scores they wanted and worked so hard for, and best of luck to those retaking.

That is an incredible jump! Congrats! That should put you above the 75% of the schools you were applying to if you were applying this cycle. If it's not your third take then I would definitely try and get towards the 170s if you had a few practice tests in that region! Either way that's a huge jump and will give you a much rosier set of options.

7 point increase, but 3 points below my lowest PT so...pretty bummed. I was thinking about shooting out some late applications but with this score I feel like my best shot will be waiting and retaking.

Mostly I think it was needing to pee throughout the game section.

That is still a really great increase! I'm sorry it's not what you wanted but you made great improvement! That's something to be proud of!

Thanks, that's really kind of you to say. I'm surrounded by a lot of people who got 179s and 180s so sometimes I am a bit too hard on myself.

179 and 180 are ridiculously good scores. You are definitely being too hard on yourself. Be proud of your score!

163, 8 point jump. I know most of you would be disappointed but I am thrilled! Is there a proper way to write an e-mail basically saying:

Dear University of __________,

I previously applied to your law school and asked you to hold my file until I received my new score. I am pleased to let you know that I received a 163 on the February 2015 LSAT. I look forward to hearing from your school!

I was under the impression the score would automatically be reported to schools waiting on it. I had sent an email to an admissions officer to hold my account until my Feb score posted and she replied:

"As this is a very busy time, and many people are submitting applications at the same time, I am sure your February score will have been reported by the time your file is ready for review."

No harm in letting them know what's up.

Just an update...I sent a few more notifications out:

"The scores will be uploaded electronically by LSAC. They will most likely come in tomorrow."

Seems redundant, but it's up to you.

Best case is the lower score which they were already going to. Worst case is that they think you're making up excuses. I wouldn't recommend it.

165-170 range. Oh well, I knew I didn't do so hot as soon as I left the TC. I'm only a little mad right now because I need a sec to cool down, but I've been mentally preparing for this so it's okay.

It's a 166. I don't know why I'm trying to be discreet lol.

I'm sorry that you'll have to go through all this again but it will be worth it when you have a 170+.
