No carbs + juice cleanse for the final week?

I mean anything over 2 lbs/week is kind of impossible IMO, but the main thing is protein+fiber to make your calories keep you full longer and maintaining a calorie deficit.

it's funny or amusing or something to me that there would be a rumor that there is an arbitrary cut-off point where T14 schools care about data-driven results that relate to ranking, and all others stop right at that line and don't care at all.

Almost all schools feel rankings pressure and I am far from certain if that gets stronger in a linear progression as you move up the rankings. My default would always be to assume that YP matters, whether it is T6 or T150.

I hope this helps!
Spivey and JY are the most wonderful people.

Im pretty tall though and can consume 4k calories and simply maintain. So though 2 lbs is recommended, I can basically just double everything and not be any less healthy.
 4k has gotta be a surplus

My maintenance is barely 2900/3000ish....

But yeah, anything over 2Ib/week is near impossible if you're not obese.

ETA: Tip: If your current diet consists of a lot of sodium (i.e frozen/prepackaged/fastfood) and you switch over to an all natural diet, you can lose a few pounds of water weight the first week as well as look physically leaner as your body isn't holding that excess water.

Your welcome all!

Also, I just threw out my back yesterday morning lifting, which means I probably have to do some juice cleanse too as it looks like I won't be working out in the near future. Don't get old, it sucks.

That's because you workout regularly, right?

Anyway, maintenance depends a great deal on daily activity. 4k seems like an awful lot for maintenance, but is possible with a very active lifestyle.

If you lose that much/week you're going to be losing muscle mass too.

When I saw this bar crawl referenced I wasn't sure if it was actually a thing or not. If so would love to know the when and where and I should be able to make it (have been planning to make up for the past month without a drink anyway)
