I mean anything over 2 lbs/week is kind of impossible IMO, but the main thing is protein+fiber to make your calories keep you full longer and maintaining a calorie deficit.

Almost all schools feel rankings pressure and I am far from certain if that gets stronger in a linear progression as you move up the rankings. My default would always be to assume that YP matters, whether it is T6 or T150.
I hope this helps!

My maintenance is barely 2900/3000ish....Smallville wrote:Dirigo wrote:Im pretty tall though and can consume 4k calories and simply maintain. But yeah, anything over 2Ib/week is near impossible if you're not obese.
ETA: Tip: If your current diet consists of a lot of sodium (i.e frozen/prepackaged/fastfood) and you switch over to an all natural diet, you can lose a few pounds of water weight the first week as well as look physically leaner as your body isn't holding that excess water.

ITT we become frazzled while completing the LG of PT 74 like someone who has not been studying for the LSAT for basically six months now.

Your welcome all!
Also, I just threw out my back yesterday morning lifting, which means I probably have to do some juice cleanse too as it looks like I won't be working out in the near future. Don't get old, it sucks.

That's because you workout regularly, right?nlee10 wrote: My maintenance is barely 2900/3000ish....
Anyway, maintenance depends a great deal on daily activity. 4k seems like an awful lot for maintenance, but is possible with a very active lifestyle.

If you lose that much/week you're going to be losing muscle mass too.

When I saw this bar crawl referenced I wasn't sure if it was actually a thing or not. If so would love to know the when and where and I should be able to make it (have been planning to make up for the past month without a drink anyway)sfoglia wrote:Also come to our bar crawl if you are LFCNYC.LFCNY9 wrote:Thankspeppermint wrote:LFC, don't worry about perfectly filling in the entire bubble.
