Same.

Taking Sunday off is what I've been doing. It gives me some time to do other things I enjoy. I have been trying to read through some books and maybe do a section everyday though. I have all the Powerscore Bibles, the Manhattan LSAT book set, and the Trainer plus PT 40-74 +Cambridge Packets. I feel like I have to read/drill something or else I'll never get through all of them. Also, IDK if I am being paranoid, but I feel like if I don't do at least something LSAT related daily or I'll develop atrophy and forget techniques I've learned. So maybe I'll put in an hour or two tomorrow depending on how burned out I am. However I think I'd rather forget a few things than become burnt out.

Been drilling simple ordering games yesterday and today after reading the chapter in the LG Bible. I think I'm going to review them with 7Sage. I seem to be getting most of them no problem, but my speed is really bad. For most it takes me 15 minutes, if not more. UGH :? Hopefully the MLSAT LG book can help me get more efficient as far as answering the questions. I feel like some questions I have to write out every possible answer in, then see if it works. So slow...My diagramming is certainly getting better. Time to drill, drill, and drill some more. Cambridge packets are eating up all my printer ink!

Congrats on everyone who took PTs today and did well! I am going to wait until I can do logic games a bit better before I bother, otherwise I'd probably get through 2 games. I am hoping by July I can be PT'ing. I bought 40-77 in hopes of doing them all before the test date.
are you able to retain the information from all those resources enough to where you don't have to review what you've just read from those resources?

I have the bibles and 7Sage's curriculum, and I find one thing that does slow me down a bit is reviewing what I've previously covered on other days for about 30 minutes so it can be well retained and I won't forget.
Yeah, I can retain it by drilling afterwards. So essentially what I have been doing are things in stages. I went through the LSAT Trainer (Skipped over the RC, will go back when I begin reviewing) After the LSAT Trainer I began going through the LR Bible/Manhattan LR and I think they compliment each other well. My plan has been drilling about 50 questions after every chapter I get through of the LR Bible and then another 50 after I do the MLSAT LR chapter. The bible lays down a solid foundation and the MLAT seems to build on it to help master the ideas.

I'm still deciding how to approach logic games, but 7sage has definitely been extremely helpful.

So I am wondering...Do you think it is worth going through both the LG Bible AND the MLSAT LG book? Do you think I should just focus on manhattan? I know I liked the MLSAT LR better and wondering if I'm wasting my time with the bibles?

Also, congrats on your progress. I am anxious about getting the games down and not looking forward to the complex ordering games. Just drilled half the simple ordering packet and got most. Although I am slow as a snail lol

I think Trainer, PS, and Manhattan for LG is excessive. You'll get all you get in the Bible + better techniques from the Trainer and Manhattan alone. Trainer ---> Manhattan is definitely sufficient.

Aright sweet. So just to make sure I understand, basically just go right to the MLSAT for logic games? I kind of agree the LG bible is excessive. Already went through the Trainer, but probably going to skim through again because I kind of went through the entire thing too quickly and focused more on LR. I just want to be safe.

yeah you should be fine. the Trainer + Manhattan will cover everything that's in the Bible and in a better way.

Proteinshake, you are the freakin' man! I don't think I would have ordered the MLSAT if you hadn't suggested and they both, like you said, do everything PS Bibles do, but better. Thank you!

Drilled PT5 and PT6 games today. There are some very weird games in early PTs that always throw me. Check out game 4 from PT6 if you're bored, I had no idea what to do. Figured it out after time ran out but still, crazy game. Watching the 7sage for it now. Wondering if I should stop drilling these super early games as they're just making me feel bad hahah, I've done PT 1-6 games so far.

Taking the day off from the LSAT, going to start writing my PS and Yale 250. Seems like an effort in futility, though, because I'm still debating whether to apply next year or whether to get some work experience first.

Good stuff SweetTort! Those things can be really tough to plow through. I still don't have any idea what to write mine about... Get excited, you're on your way to a Yale-LSAT score :D

I noticed that 7sage has a tool that can sort questions by type, difficulty, and section (https://7sage.com/question-bank/). Anyone see any issues with assembling my own "packets" from this resource, in lieu of getting a copy of the Cambridge?

As for studying with 7Sage, should I be drilling the types of questions at the end of each section? For example I do a section on Most Strongly Supported Questions and then drill MSS questions per the break down provided via link above.

Yes, if you can't get your hands on one of Cambridge's by type books, you can sort them using 7sage's question bank. It's what people usually use when they do that. Also, yes if you're doing 7sage's curriculum (which I'm guessing you're doing?), drill the question type after the lesson. Or if you use a book, then drill after the question type chapter.

What are people's opinions on PS's Type Training books? Worth it? I suppose I could just use 7sage or the trainers question breakdowns and save a bit of money.
If you have the luxury of spending a bit extra on LSAT materials, it's worth it, imo. Otherwise, use 7sage's stuff to break up question types.

Wow this thread has really picked up.. I haven't done LSAT in a week because I got really busy, but I'll be going full time end of this month. My plan was to study hard core from Friday onwards but I got really sick Thursday night, so I've been bedridden since then. Today is the only day that I am feeling much better, still under the weather, oh and its my birthday :///// :(

So yeah it's LSAT catch up time for me..

I've been meaning to take a look at New Girl, how is it? Suits and HTGAWM are great shows! Can't wait for Suits' new season next month. I got a friend into Suits and I didn't hear from him for a few days, turned out he nonstop watched suits and finished all seasons in a few days haha.

Was planning on taking a PT today, but I decided to put that off until tomorrow in favor of watching the news today.
Did get a couple of study hours in though & I'll probably do more in a bit.

170+ or bust for my PT tomorrow.

Also, part of my new workout routine: cardio whenever I want to watch TV. It works pretty well.
