Dude...I have a 3.32. LOL Pretty much twinning GPA's.thelincolnlawyer wrote:
I really like it so far, hope it translates into a score increase though. My cold diagnostic was a 149 in June and I self-studied for 2 months before deciding I wanted to take the online course. Scored a 162 on PT 61 to kick off the course, but I had seen some of the questions before so it was probably skewed to some degree. Unfortunately I have a lower GPA (3.34 Biology Major), so I need to score around a 170 to be competitive for T14 in order to be a splitter. The online course has the same schedule as the live course if you want to coordinate PTs.
But I'm down to coordinate PT's though. PT 61 tomorrow but won't be taking 60, 62-65 until November. So we can do whatever else in October and perhaps match it up with anyone else in this thread.

I'll do 55 on the 11th....I have no desire to do a PT after work on a Friday, but I'll do it a day later and discuss with y'all.
Dirigo wrote:
It's decided, I'll do 55 with everybody on the 10th as well. That's one of the random ones we have, so I'll be happy to join in!
I don't mind shifting to the 11th if that works better for everyone else. All I care is about spacing out my PTs. The actual days I take them doesn't matter, just the number of days in between.
Should be good with me! Probably won't be doing anything crazy that Friday night anyways.

Guys I actually finished all RC with time to spare! I never finish RC!
And I literally don't remember how I did on LR. I think my average though (but who knows with LR...)
And LG I was able to solve 3.5 games. So definitely room for improvement there.
We'll see! I don't project anything that's not whatever was my range before. But I'm so ready to kick December's ass!
I wish I could join on 55 with everyone but I've already done that one ;(
AND... THE GOOD WIFE IS AMAZING OMG. I LOVE the legal stories. =). Makes me want to be a litigator. But that's probably not going to happen =P

I'm so excited for you watching TGW! Isn't Julianna Margulies nailing it?! Her husband's a lawyer, btw (super important triviaDirigo wrote:I just started season 2 today!!WorldsCollide wrote: THE GOOD WIFE IS AMAZING OMG. I LOVE the legal stories. =). And I know I want lit. I probably will never argue in front of a court (unless it's pro bono stuff) since most stuff gets settled outside of court through mediation or binding arbitration. Who knows though.
& congrats on what seems like a good testing experience for you, WC! December will be your real time to shine though.

Sometimes I have an awful voice shaking attack while public speaking. Other times it goes FANTASTIC. But I panic so much about my voice quivering, that I don't think that the life of a litigator is really for me =P
I don't know if it was a good test, honestly. Like I said... I honestly forgot how I did on LR! But I honestly went in saying "this is Prep for December!" So yes! Thank you for saying that

I'm in! Love this idea of coordinating tests!Dirigo wrote:Okay cool! I just got really anxious. Haha I better amp up prep so I perform.nlee10 wrote: I'll do 55 with ya on the 10th.
Any other takers?
I took 61 today (first day of blueprint course) and had a great day in LR (for me)! -2 and -3! But I got a -4 on LG!! Uggghhh. Never happens! It's normally my -0 that I can count on. But today I was slower than normal and didn't get to two questions, I misread one question, and got one question flat out wrong. And then there was reading comp (-8) One day I'll break that 170 mark!!

Nice. I'm pretty much in the same course! Taking PT 61 tomorrow! That means we'll be taking 60,62-65 on the same weekends until December!MEAhrnsbrak wrote:I'm in! @MEA: yay! I think we're all going to do it on Saturday the 11th now it that works for you.
Also, congrats on your LR scores. I with you on LG. Missing any questions is a disappointment for me because that's that section is my foundation for doing well.
Seriously though, reading the Sept Waiters thread is making me freak out a little. We Dec folks are up next! Scary.

Re: The Official December 2014 Study Group
That's why I'm looking forward to my Blueprint class. I've been self-studying since July. I'm certainly proud of my score improvement from the high 130's to low 150's (varies by curve), I cannot get myself to seriously study for more than 2 hours a day. Thus I hope having 8 hours of class/week with homework will help me stay on track and for me to hit 165.Dirigo wrote: 70 days. Eek!
I definitely need to start waking up earlier to study and keep a stricter schedule than just doing whatever I feel like that day.

Does anyone else on RC, follow the memory method taught by 7sage? It's helped me get to average around 18-21 but breaking that wall has proved difficult. Is anyone roasting this section?
