I'll say 1:4 for Friday, 1:7 for Saturday, 1:2 for Monday, 1:10 for some other random day.

Your odds dont make any sense. You at minimum have them written backwards. If that is the case, though, you would be offering 2:1 odds on Monday which is just juicy.

Touché...only a seasoned gambler would use the term " juicy" to describe odds... That said, you better get that gambling habit under control! Lol

I used to be a professional poker player and I can confirm this statement.

Poker players generally refer to ratios in odds for instead of odds against (pot odds/implied odds/that sort of junk), right? Just curious.

It's ratios for and against for the most part. I could explain some in greater detail if you'd like.

I am intrigued by the new direction of this conversation. Apparently, all of us are so anxious, our nerves writhing, for the certain highs ( or lows) that will most certainly materialize at some unknow future date, that we are arguing whether a semi colon is indicative of " to" or " in"

That's just standard gambling parlance. There's really no debate.

I back this theory up, since 2005 every Feb test was released either Friday or Saturday.

Right, but as you can see, this is the first February test scheduled to be released on a Wednesday. All the ones you referenced were Monday releases. So they're sort of irrelevant...

21 days (Saturday) is about average, but I think we're looking good for a day early because I'm guessing the total # of test takers was down.

Is there a normal progression with that page? Like it is updated four days before release or something? If not, I don't see why that would mean scores aren't coming out Friday. It would make sense to me if they just released all the data from the test more or less at once.
