Telling other nervous people in the same boat as you trying to be nice to fuck off is TCR imo

This is so weird to me, because I'm pretty sure the last member of my family who spent her life in the country that she was born in was my great great grandmother. Every generation since has moved somewhere halfway across the globe. I think if I told my mom I'm leaving California she'd just be like "TAKE ME WITH YOU."

Are you planning on going back to Texas after school, Raider?
I don't want to go back to Texas after school, but if I got offered a better job during third year in Dallas than anywhere else, it'd be hard not to go back. I'm just kinda tired of Texas as a whole. I'm very different from most people in Texas, while I see how prosperous we are as a state, I've never gotten to experience living anywhere else and clash with the culture of Texas as a whole in most aspects outside of politics.

On break from PT 70. Would be happy if this score is as good as I feel it should be.

Got done not too long ago. Overall I like this PT. Really hope Saturday's test is like this one.

For those that have taken PT 74, I wanna hear a consensus opinion on it.

How was each section relative to the norm?

I sorta have the belief that:
LR was easier
RC was a BIT harder (passage 4 omg)
LG was harder

Curve was 2 points below what I think it deserved

PT 73/ 74 are the reasons I have to take this damn test for the 3rd time.

PT 74 (Got 163 on test day)

Only once I got my score did I realize how hard RC was- went -11

LR-Initially felt it was hard and different, but this section saved me from my atrocious RC score

LG-Couldn't finish the 4th game on test day but when I redid it, scored perfect with time to spare. Go figure.

Definitely deserved a -13/-14 curve.

Oh well, most of us are retaking for our second/ third times. After this weekend, fuck the LSAT.

I also think 74 should have had a bigger curve

I'm not opposed to a few pleasantries on Saturday, but I definitely am not looking to enter into any conversations or make any new friends. Fortunately I'm almost 40 and think it's unlikely that any of the kids there will be too interested in talking to an old man like myself.

Ya I just turned 22 yesterday so I doubt any of the kids will wanna talk to me but I really do think that because I'm a whole year older than I was in December that I should probably get at least a 180 with the added maturity

I talked to a few people in Sept - the dude next to me was a bro - but as long as you aren't just sitting there freaking out it probably doesn't really matter what you do. IDK what to do with myself without my phone in front of me, so I'm probably going to try to talk to people.

If you are at my test center Zac... I will look for you, and I will find you, and I will talk to you

On break from 65.... easiest LG section ever. Felt really good about LR too. Finished both in my best times (by far). Here's hoping the latter half is good too...

zacboro wrote:Finished with my prep for the day and I'm so pleased. Got a 175 (scored it once before, but still my highest), 177 BR. Did well in all sections even RC (well by my standards). But still, definitely got the confidence & morale boost I needed from today's PT! I was so excited I had to share. :) good luck to everyone who's still prepping! #homestretch

Same score on the PT I finished 10 min ago . Let's hope that's what we get on the real test!

Wow congrats on the 175s!!! You're both going to crush Sat.

I'm about to do 71...was going to do 74 but decided against it after reading the thread today. Hope to not destroy my confidence today.

All this talk of TCs is scaring me. My LSAT nightmare is that I'm alone at my center or it isn't a real center and it was some awful mistake that I registered there. Someone assure me this isn't the case.

Thanks for the congrats. I don't think 74 is that bad- I think it's pretty comparable to 71. Just stay away from 72- it's horrible.

Had my Duke interview today so I haven't started prep yet. I <3 you, Duke, pls give me enough money to go :|

Also I plan on not talking to anyone at my TC, mostly because I talked to people at my December test, accidentally figured out that the real LG was the one I fucked up, and was off my game for the last two sections. Eye of the tiger, y'all. This time I'm taking it at a law school that BP recommends, which I hope will be better than the University of Tiny Desks, where I took it the first time.

I don't have time to take a full length PT today, so I think I'm going to take 61 in sections. Congrats zacboro and ticklemesilly on the killer PTs today!!!
