Agreed that authors and pleasure was the toughest question on test.somethingelse55 wrote:Little late to the party...but wow it feels weird to be done.
I had the RC LR LR LG LR setup...I personally thought the LG was super, super easy. Finished it with at least 5 minutes to go, had time to go back and actually save a stupid mistake I made.
RC was pretty easy too, the Popper passage was interesting with some of the questions at least though.
My first LR was insanely easy, but I think that was my experimental. The other two I thought were about average, a lot of the answers seemed to jump out to me, but as someone else said I could've been under thinking them. The LR question about the authors and pleasure was IMO the toughest question on the whole test. I think I got it, but I'm not sure. Oh and that babies and the moon question was tough for me.

Town square / internet / democracy was definitely harder. Authors required a double take but wasn't hard once you read the right AC.theugg wrote:I thought the authors and pleasure question was really easy ??? Unless I'm missing something here. Was it a NA question? I don't remember.

I thought it was tricky as well.NotoriousRBGJr. wrote:Anyone else find the question about the children playing chess hard?? It was the last question on one of the LR sections

Re: The Official October Waiter's Oasis
I have been reading this thread since yesterday and decided to register an account to vent. I almost had a meltdown right before the test - woke up at 3am in the morning and could not fall asleep again. I didn't know what happened. With two hours of sleep, I wanted to cancel the test before it started. I actually found the last passage of RC and G3 of LG fine. But LR was excruciating - for a couple of questions, I went through POE and found nothing appealing. For one section, I also had a string of B's or something and stupidly I went back to check. During the test, I immediately knew the second section I had finished was experimental when I opened the third section and found it had 26 Q's too. However, this did not help and only made me more nervous.
Has anybody performed well in this test with only 2 hours of sleep the night before? I am thinking about December re-take.

I think it was NA.theugg wrote:Was the authors question one of those tricky NA/SA questions? And I agree that chess kids was hard too. There was one AC that looked VERY promising if not for one subtlety in the stimulus, which made me reject it for an AC that was initially less promising. Hopefully I made the right choice.

Why the he'll isn't there a poll yet.
I'm actually not obsessing over it. I was a bit and keep thinking about it, but was distracted enough this weekend to not go crazy. Kind of want to forget about it until it's released.

My school is going to have a ton of security tomorrow because of a violent threat involving universities in my city, but no specific school was named. I don't want to be on campus tomorrow, but I have a lot of obligations. I much rather stay in bed and get the sleep I didn't get this weekend.

Hey...if so no worries, I'll just delete the post...didn't think it was crossing the lines considering it's just dealing with generic game set ups, but if so, that was not the intent!

I think chess kids was a weaken question. I remember thinking okay...how the hell am I gonna disprove this...and there it was. Authors question was NA and I was thinking but what if? something something is something as well? lolRZ5646 wrote:I think it was NA.theugg wrote:Was the authors question one of those tricky NA/SA questions? Yeah...it was like Armageddon here with the pope. We called it "popeapocalypse" actually. I went to a pope party that Friday at a friend's house and it was pretty cool. Somebody at a supermarket must have ordered a custom cake because it said "Welcome Pope Francis" on it and had his photo. My friend got it on discount because I guess the people never showed up.sanibella wrote:First the pope, now this. I have a quiz, two projects, and four midterms this week, and I just don't want to study. Think I'll be successful pleading post-LSAT brain fatigue? (Yeah, me neither.

Anyone else have a sucky week coming down the pike?

Love that - I wonder how it was offered to your friend. "Hey, we've got an extra pope cake if you're interested..."Sera Numquam wrote:Yeah...it was like Armageddon here with the pope.
