They're assuming that in addition to allowing you to get rid of the fertilizer, the GE crops don't have any other disadvantages vis a vis the wildlife.
Thank you. It is that the argument is specifically about the crops. I get it now!!

So far I've done 3 timed sections in parts:
PT 20 LR2: 23/26
PT 22 RC: 20/26
PT 36 RC: 21/26

I think I'm going to get some chipotle for lunch and do another LR and LG section later today. Hope you guys are making the best use of this last week!

As much as I hate the BACKWERDS Texas jokes, it's very common in the vocabulary there and it took me longer than it should to where I completely stopped using it
Try living in West Texas. You'd be amazed what is still used that is politically incorrect and intolerant in modern society.

This Difficult LR packet is a confidence-killer, guys.

On another note, just received a text from a friend asking if I were "ready" for the LSAT.

I was "ready" the last time I took it, nimwit. Didn't make a bit of difference and you know that.

I'm kind of frozen at this point. Too nervous about doing poorly and wrecking my confidence by doing a PT badly. But Difficult Games has been so, so easy...

I mean, I just keep reminding myself that these are the most difficult questions. They pull about three from each PT, right? So these are the three hardest kinds of questions I might see for the test.

Three is not that much, so even if I'm entirely atrocious at these, it isn't a huge deal.

I thought the same thing.
Just wait til you get further in, you'll get better. If I average 50% I'm happy.

Yeah, it's rough. I did about 150 in a day. Haven't fully corrected it yet.

I sorta feel the opposite. They're just at the beginning of the packet. Let them reassess its value after they take a PT. I've used this analogy before, but taking a PT after doing a set in that packet is like trying to reel in a marlin and then trying to reel in a bass the next day.

Let them take a PT, and they'll see. There isn't a single set of drilling that I've ever done that has helped me more.

Didn't end up doing much studying today. :? Had to take my mom to the doctor. It's nothing major, but her English is not 180 so I go with her whenever she needs it to make sure she understands everything.

Going back to Manhattan RC. I wish I could just make all this stupid anxiety disappear.

I like it but I started it over a week ago now. I'm just not doing it every day and supplementing it with more Manhattan LR

so, added pressure to write this in Feb: i have a wedding to go to in turkey on the 6th of june. for some reason, I had thought the June exam was June 28th (but that's only in Asia -- strange). So now I'm wondering about:

(a) would it be bad to write in a country near to Turkey on June 9th (the European/ME June date?) -- this would be 3 days after the wedding. Decent recovery time, I think?
(b) how long in advance should I travel to the region to ensure no jetlag/comfort issues
(c) should I just write in Asia on June 28th?
(d) lack of disclosed scores abroad/weird rumours of Tests abroad being tougher/easier/games tougher because Asians are better at LG-type stuff (sudoku! ha)
or.
(e) pushing to write this Feb exam so I don't have to face the above options

this has sapped my interest in BRing today's PT.

If I were in your shoes, I'd take February (assuming you're ready) and if it doesn't go according to plan, plan to take it in October. Applying with an October score isn't late, and as trust me when I say you will not be in the kind of shape you want to be in before the LSAT if you have to travel to another country to take it.

I'm offended by this stereotype.
Jk not really. Don't really know enough about international testing centers but if you have to go out of your way (and wallet) to get to a testing center, I'd just wait until Oct? Are you originally from Asia?

I agree with Leslie. I'd take feb if you're ready, we're so close. Then retake October if need be. But you'll prolly 180 on Saturday and not even have to worry about this.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
