Re: The Official December 2015 Study Group
Gahhh I can't concentrate on re-studying with all these fee waivers coming, it makes me want to just apply now =(
...which I'm pretty sure would be a mistake, since I feel like most of the waivers are just sent to boost the schools' rejection numbers

Re: The Official December 2015 Study Group
Haven't touched anything LSAT related for a few days, and it's making me want to take a year off more and more. LSAT work is fun for me compared to studying for midterms. Postponing law school a year would probably be best, but I'm still hoping to kill it in December.

Re: The Official December 2015 Study Group
How many years out of undergrad are you guys? I'm on my second year old (class of 14) and I realllly want to start LS fall 2016. With a FT job it's been very difficult to study rigorously though.Mint-Berry_Crunch wrote:I was in a similar position a couple of years ago, and I'm really happy that I've waited. Ultimately sitting out a cycle isn't the end of the world, and the third take is a huge gamble. If you wait for June, then you really give yourself a ton of time to make sure you get a score that you're happy with, which should set you up for a school you're happy with.chicharon wrote:Retaking. But trying to figure out whether to retake in December, February or June, in which case I'd sit out this cycle. I got a 161 on the October LSAT, and that was my second take.Mint-Berry_Crunch wrote:Yeah, I've used that line and I think a lot of people can relate.
You're postponing/not retaking? My GPA has no bearing because I'm international. I thought I would be happy with a middling LSAT and attending a T50 but clearly I'm not

Re: The Official December 2015 Study Group
would I have to update my transcripts since I'll be done with another semester after the December LSAT? do law schools usually request you to do that? my classes are pretty much in the background while I prep.

Does anyone recommend using Manhattans logic chain for in/out games or am I just better of writing out the rules? It seems helpful but takes a lot of time to set up IMO

Re: The Official December 2015 Study Group
Sooooo I PTed with a coworker after a 9 hour workday. Oddly enough didn't feel any mental fatigue even though it was one of my busiest days. I'm definitely rusty, especially on games, but somewhat optimistic.
If I don't hit my target score at least 5x by December 5, I think I'll just have to postpone and wait out this cycle. Hoping for the best....

I quite like adulting, actually, but I see all the attorneys at work and am yearning to that stage of my life. ASAP.Mint-Berry_Crunch wrote:I'm 2 years out (2013).
