Having a regular masseuse is really nice, would recommend. It's like having a regular barber. No need to explain shit, they know exactly what needs to be done.

Burpees are literally one of the best exercises one can do and you need absolutely no equipment to do it

I seriously encourage everyone to imagine them scoring their goal score (be realistic about it). It's grey day, and everyone is posting in the Waiters thread. You receive an email from LSAC. What does it read? What number do you see? What is the first thing you do? Who do you call/text/email? What do you say? Visualize every last detail. Your clothing. Are your palms sweating? Are you shaking? How will you toast to your success?
Live out your ideal scenario. Imagine it in full, eyes closed, sitting cross-legged and straight-backed on the floor. Dim the lights. Make it a kind of meditation practice.

I can't do a pushup, anyway. I don't have enough upper body strength. I have willow limbs, Shak can confirm.

Tip for game day: overnight oatmeal. You can make it the night before and nuke it in the microwave in the morning for 0 extra time.

Working through it now. I was contemplating whether it was worth it... it's decent practice. I don't think it's a terrific learning exercise (Q-type packets are useful for seeing patterns and structure; this doesn't do that). I think it's most valuable to do timed, to really push yourself to read and react quicker on the tougher Qs, condition oneself to being better prepared for easier Qs.sfoglia wrote:Before I spend this $20 which could easily instead be used to purchase, oh, I don't know, maybe a manicure...

Anyone else drilling LG today? I'm content with my LR but have neglected LG the past couple weeks so must drill.

Ugh, there is nothing fun about burpees. Absolutely amazing exercise...but they are not fun to do!gamerish wrote:Kind of like a push up modification where you get up and jump after the extension.
