Nope, you're not the only one. Aside from Christmas and New Years I have been alcohol free.

Fuck mornings, guys.
My score stays the same regardless of when I PT, but it drops when I'm taking it and I'm at all anxious about my performance. Literally 4-6 points down if I take it when I'm nervous vs. when I'm calm. So to that end, I'd try a few in the morning just so you know you can handle it and aren't freaking out about it come test day.

Fuck mornings is beyond credited, though. It's a goddamn Saturday, why can't we take it in the afternoon?

I came across this gem while I was organizing stuff for my June take.

I thought it was a good idea to PT every day until D-Day. Happy studying, Febbers!

The gospel.

I'm going to try for Saturday and Sunday early-morning PTs. (This after trying for early morning PTs today, the past weekend, and the weekend before, unsuccessfully.) Will report back.

I do the same afternoon or morning as long as I approach the test the same way. I actually performed better in the morning on my two actual takes.

This order would probably be my worst nightmare if it were to occur on game day. RC exp and RC as last section....Last game was kind hard for me to visualize for some reason but w/e. Brain is all mush.

For some reason my brain is stuck on translating the statement "The only students with special educational needs are students with learning disabilities" into conditional form. MLSAT tells me it's SN->LD and I believe it, but I'm too used to automatically taking the term after "only" to be the necessary condition. This is why reviewing fundamentals is important, y'all.

Overall, it was great. I went -0/-2 on LR and -3 on RC for a total of 176, but those LGs really rattled me.
ehh, most people had a lot of trouble on the RC in that one (mirrors) but if I recall LG seemed pretty normal

That test has one of the most generous curves LSAC has ever had though, so maybe others had trouble with the LG
PT 74 should have gotten that curve because if a bunch of you LSAT crazies here on TLS could not get a 170+ on it, then that says something. Atleast I still pulled off a 160+ on it, but man that test deserved a higher curve.

Saw the -12 curve and predicted I would have to retake in February.

Did PT 55 in sections tonight. Didn't do so hot...I thought the RC passages were fine but the questions were weird. Basically bombed that section. Did ok with LR and well in games..but that stupid bus game! Why is the curve -9?!

I'm going to try to not over think this less than stellar performance and do a 5 section PT tomorrow at the library. Then I'll over think things.

Are you planning to take PT 73/74 before next Sat? I realized I'm running short on fresh tests -_- so I'm considering save them for June just in case.

I thought the RC on 74 was more difficult than 73, that LG was pretty much even, and that LR did a lot of the same sneaky crap the newer PTs do. So I do agree that 74 probably should have been curved a point or two more, but usually it's the PTs with a crazy game or two that get the heavier curves.

It's literally night and day the PTs I take where I do a warm-up and those I take without.

I've actually never tried a warm up. How does it work? Maybe I'll try one before PTing tomorrow.

All of my friends are getting fucking tired of me talking about law school admissions and I've pushed everybody in my life away. But I don't care because I can keep refreshing my email while watching Weeds. They be like "motherfucker I don't care about XYZ's BL% and Debt at repayment."

That'll show you to text me asking what's up.

Unrelated:

How do you respond when someone says "My best friend is going to Baltimore Law, his parents says they'll pay for it and he can live at home."

It's rank 150-something, with 5.1% big law (44.1% overall), costs 26k/year for in-state.

Even if it's not fiscal suicide, do I say congrats? This person is also pretty fuckin proud of graduating with a bunch of honors from the honors college of a school that is RNP by US News. RNP

I just said congrats that sounds like a sweet deal not having to pay. But even an aspie could tell those were empty ass words.
