If you're the kind of person who hates not doing your best, dialing down your commitment for one week probably won't harm much professionally.

Considering the industry in which I currently work and my aspiration for pursuing law, probably won't harm at all. Just need to let go.

I missed you too! I went to sleep right after eating a bunch of soup and I do feel better. I'm pretty confident I won't be a hot mess on the 27th. Unfortunately I have barely studied in the last week or so.

I'm so glad I have next week off. I'm really having an "I wanna quit this BS!!!" day today.

I feel like it's helpful to allow your mind to rest and really absorb all of the information you're consuming every now and then. Besides, even if not, you'll be back into the swing of things in no time.

I was at part 2 of the health and safety thing on monday, and sick yesterday, and it's like everything fell apart in my absence.

I had emails from my boss on sunday night like "we have an urgent call tomorrow at 9" and I was like "NOPE NO CAN DO, I'll be too busy giving CPR to a mannequin, which you signed me up for, and I reminded you of on friday before I left......"

Isn't it always the best when they're like, "I really need you to do this," and you're like, "Except you insisted I do this other thing, so now I can't help you"?
