Blew today's after a streak of great ones last week. Not burnout, I think, just exhaustion. How well I do on PTs is definitely related to how well I've slept that day.Big Red wrote:Has anyone else been bombing PTs lately? This isn't burnout, but I've definitely been regressing

Mine was really long, more like 20 minutes before they called us back to the room. I think it varies based on proctor and shit.nlee10 wrote: I thought about is. Although the official "break" is 15 minutes, there must be at least another 5+ minutes for the proctors to hand back your tests and stuff. On my PT's, I spend 15 minutes for an official break as in walk around/snack/bathroom and then I spend 3-5 minutes just sitting at the table before starting up again.

I was actually semi productive for the 1st time since Saturday's PT... Managed to do 75 level 3 LR's and 2 LG sections. I still need to br that PT though before tomorrows.
I guess, since I've done the LR of every recent PT, ill just do the LG/RC off of pt 65 or something and add earlier LRs

Banana bread is the best! I haven't done much LSATing either. I'm going to read through the Trainer's RC section once I finish school things. So much strugglepeppermint wrote:Got out of work early today but haven't done much LSATing. Right now I'm stressbaking some banana bread. I can hear the wind howling outside & it's making me wanna curl up in bed & watch a movie instead of drilling RC. The struggle is real.

If any of you had any real cajones, you'd put down all LSAT studying and just take the test.

Thanks for confirming it. I should probably start doing 15. Although, honestly nothing will be proper preparation for how nervous I'll feel on actual test day during that break.Big Red wrote:I just looked it up and LSAC says 15. I wasn't calling you out or anything, but I first looked at Kaplan and that said 10CambrianExplosives wrote:You might be right. I've heard it both ways, but have been mostly practicing with 10.Big Red wrote:Lol for some reason I always thought the break was 15 minutes. I am only 6 months into this thoughCambrianExplosives wrote:I'm on my ten minute right now from 71 with an added section and oh boy was this test a woozy so far. I did not expect it at all.

Did anyone else do the PT 71 and find the LG section especially hard. Its usually my best section, but I went -4 on this one. The last two games murdered me.
Overall, it was great. I went -0/-2 on LR and -3 on RC for a total of 176, but those LGs really rattled me.

ehh, most people had a lot of trouble on the RC in that one (mirrors) but if I recall LG seemed pretty normalCambrianExplosives wrote:Did anyone else do the PT 71 and find the LG section especially hard. Its usually my best section, but I went -4 on this one. The last two games murdered me.

That test has one of the most generous curves LSAC has ever had though, so maybe others had trouble with the LG
