Taking today off and going easy on the drilling for a while will help you drop your cortisol levels a bit, and get your brain ready to tackle the LSAT on test day.

This is solid. My thought initially was that since stress is something effectively out of my control, I should focus all of my attention on the thing I could control: my skill level. I now see that they're not entirely independent factors. Thanks Bill Nye!

Quick question for you all - which of the Cambridge packets logic games types is the same as and/or includes circle games?

Miscellaneous
Or PTs 1-20 mostly have the unique games.
Yup, and there's also a circle game on 41.

so i took october 2013 at villanova university at the business school building- the most modern building on campus with spacious tables and even temperatures.

signed up for june 2014 at villanova expecting the same testing site, but got ambushed and was placed in what is notoriously the WORST building on campus, with mini desk chairs. i couldnt get a lefty desk as a lefty, it was humid, construction was going on, RC section 1 kicked my ass, so i got up and left.

signed up again for december 2014 at nova...got the business school. jumping/typing for joy

doing wonders for my peace of mind

I've never heard of horror stories happening there so I'm very thankful.

Let's do it. I've gotten everything down to -4 except LG where I continue to fail miserably with -10.

Ignoring it would be correct. The reason is because I used to get terrified and paralyzed by the LG section. Then I did put some work into it for like a week and did my 7sage lessons etc so now I am enjoying it and get -0 if I don't time myself, but timing still kills me. And I still feel the bitter taste of that initial paralysis when I see the first page of the games section every test. Not sure why.

As I expected the weather in NYC is making me sick, I have a runny nose and sore throat, my lips are blistered and my skin is peeling  I've decided not to leave the apartment unless it is on fire, plus if someone ask me to repeat what I just said one more time I'm going to go crazzyyy lol.

I'm retaking this December after getting a 166 in September. Pre test day, I'd been scoring around 169/170 for 2 weeks.

Took a break after the test, wasn't sure if I wanted to retake and then decided that not retaking would be really stupid, so I went back to tests from 2000 and got a 171 and a 174. I'm much more relaxed during the PTs than I used to be, and have been finishing LR sections with 3-5 minutes extra time.

But do you think the jump in scores (174 is my highest so far) has more to do with the pre-2002 tests being much easier? I wanted to wait to do the few post-2002 tests that I haven't taken yet for the last week before the test.

Essentially, am I wasting my time with the old tests? And can I take my score jump seriously or am I just kidding myself?
