Some guy filled in a section during another sections time proctor said something to him, then he erased them during another section and got handed a slip basically telling him he's being reported for cheating/breaking the rules

What up Howard! Going in state? I like Bowen cause I'm in LR and it's super cheap and I think I have a good scholarship chance. Probably will throw an app U of A's way too.

I'm in town too and definitely putting an app in for both Bowen and UA-F. I'd like to go out of state, but the tuition here is just too appealing. I guess it just depends on my score.
